NATIONAL LEVEL TWO DAYS WORKSHOP On NS 2 & MATLAB - A Research Perspective 18.12.2014 & 19.12.2014

The Workshop covers two different domains namely NS2 and MATLAB. A Network Simulator (NS) is a free & open source discrete event simulator. NS 2 is very much useful in studying the dynamic nature of
communication network. It covers a large part of  application protocols, network types and traffic
models. MATLAB, stands for MATrix LABoratory, is state of the art mathematical software Package,
which is used extensively in both academic and industry  This workshop aims at providing an insight
into simulation of wireless networks .It also provides manipulation and evaluation through X graph and
coding. The workshop will be useful for the PG scholar to draw X Graph and simulate the required
protocol in the tool towards different networking applications. The objective of this workshop is to expose
and acquaint the participants with image processing, texture analysis and application of Matlab. From this
workshop, the PG students and Research scholars can pursue their project and research work in Digital
Image Processing Area.

REGISTRATION FEE
DD in favour of “The Principal,Velammal Engineering College “ payable at chennai.
