JISCT is an International, open access, peer reviewed, online journal. The Journal is designed to meet the current needs of a wide range of programmer, analyst, computer scientists and computer engineers in academic or industrial research. JISCT provides rapid publication of articles frequently in its issue. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific preeminence in all areas of Information Sciences and Computing Technology.
